With a total pool of $10,000 available plus a gift of Thermoskin’s Plantar FXT Calf Socks, 2016 winners will be decided upon by a panel of 4 judges including Melanie Wright (Australian Olympic Gold Medalist and World Record Holder in Swimming), Sharelle McMahon (former Australian Netballer), Brett Emerton (ex-Socceroo) and Thermoskin CEO Matthew Symington.

Shortlisted entries will be based on quality of application, why the funds are needed, value to the community/individual, and number of votes received by the public, so start voting now and make your contribution!

About Adelaide Lutheran Sports Club

Adelaide Lutheran Sports Club was formed in 2013 when the Adelaide Lutheran Cricket (est 1981), Football (est 1969) & Netball (est 2006) Clubs decided to combine into one united club.

Value to the Community

ALSC provide active recreation and sports programs and services for the local community and promote healthy and respectful values. We aim to provide a stable and friendly environment both socially and sporting wise for singles and families alike. We warmly welcome and encourage people with Disabilities to be a part of the club. For the last couple of years we have had wheelchair bound assistant Football coach and earlier this year a Special Olympics Cricket competition was held at our grounds.

Why the funds are needed

ALSC is a non-for-profit community sports club. Our club rooms are very old and in constant need of maintenance. With a large amount of sports clubs in and around Adelaide, securing large sponsorship is very competitive. Adelaide Lutheran therefore relies on numerous fundraising methods and grants to remain viable. We are is desperate need of some new Marquees for shade and one of our trainers tables has broken so funds would be used to replace these. We would welcome the idea of Thermoskin branded Marquees if this is something that appeals to Thermoskin.
