With a total pool of $10,000 available plus a gift of Thermoskin’s Plantar FXT Calf Socks, 2016 winners will be decided upon by a panel of 4 judges including Melanie Wright (Australian Olympic Gold Medalist and World Record Holder in Swimming), Sharelle McMahon (former Australian Netballer), Brett Emerton (ex-Socceroo) and Thermoskin CEO Matthew Symington.

Shortlisted entries will be based on quality of application, why the funds are needed, value to the community/individual, and number of votes received by the public, so start voting now and make your contribution!

Bidgee brawlers is our roller derby team from Leeton roller derby in country town Leeton,New South Wales We have currently 21 members and began in september 2013.. We currently hold our training sessions at our local high schools multipurpose centre and also host a recreational skate night for local kids and their parent to skate,play games and have a great time on skates,love seeing the smiles on their faces.

Value to the Community

Our team like to join in on community affairs in leeton from holding raffles and supporting our local clubs to helping out at local festivals or fundraisers

Why the funds are needed

If granted the fund we would use it for a number of things. New uniforms for bidgee brawlers Training equipment Equipment for recreational skating ( extra skates for kids to borrow if they cant afford their own)
