About Comets

We have been a softball club that has been around for a long time. However over time the sport has died on the central Coast. Which affected our club dramatically which in numbers means having roughly 10 teams of 11 players down to 5 teams of 9-10. So for a good couple of years we have survived on our fees and money our old president had donated to keep us alive. However this year we have had a drive and ended up with 10-11 teams. We have managed to scrape through most of it with what we had but to keep players juniors we need updated equipment and a good incentive to get them to trial for representative but being a poor club we can't help our players with any costs. Anything you could offer would help out so much and contribute to our clubs growth.

Value to the Community

Alleviates juniors frustrations through sport. Keeps kids off the street builds confidence and pride in themselves and leads them onto representative playing behaviour and presentation.
