There are 14 11 and 12 year olds in this team. They are a new team this year playing in the Blacktown district competition. This all female team even has a female coach and manager. The girls all work tirelessly every week training and improving their skills and team work. Some of the girls have previously played soccer whilst some are brand new to the game this year.

Value to the Community

The team brings value to the community by providing an all female team for girls aged 11 and 12 years to play and learn the game and skills if soccer in a fun safe learning environment that is lead by a female. Not only are the girls learning the game and improving their fitness and soccer skills, they are also learning and experiencing team work, sportsmanship, problem solving all in a positive female environment which also Promotes a healthy lifestyle rather than girls worrying about self image and society

Why the funds are needed

The money would go directly to all of the 14 girls by way of a training clothes, basic training equipment. Also the girls coach is quite young. The equipment would assist the coach in being able to provide an elellemt structed sessions with the correct equipment to allow the girls to reach their maximum potential. It would also go to having the coaches coaching license up graded to the next level to ensure they are putting in what's ness for the team.
