The Boutlaws are the representative team for the Western Sydney Rollers based in Penrith NSW. The Boutlaws currently consists of 20 hard working and dedicated women with 2 coaches. Western Sydney Rollers started in 2008 with a small group of super keen women and now has over 60 skating members. This June will see The Boutlaws representing Western Sydney for the second time at The Great Southern Slam in Adelaide, we will be competing against teams from all over Australian and New Zealand and hope to go better than our 3rd placing in 2014.
Value to the Community
Western Sydney Rollers are regularly involved with various community groups these have included disadvantage youth, disability groups, local schools and animal rescue organisations just to name a few. We are often approached to be involved with fetes and fairs to bring something a little different to the causes. Some of our members are involved in a "big sister" program with a local organisation assisting young women to see their own worth.
Why the funds are needed
Any funds received would go towards assisting our skater in making the trip to Adelaide with new team uniforms and safety equipment
