Instructions

Wash support before wear. Place foot into sleeve slide up the foot until the dark panel is located over the heel. Adjust the sleeve so that it sits comfortably.

Compression support for swollen ankles

Both my wife and I have found these supports are the best we have used for helping relieve ankle swelling, easy to put on, NO seams that rub and hurt wearing closed shoes or straps that need another person to put on etc. My wife is a n/shift nurse in aged care, 5 X 10 hr shifts per week, on her feet 90% of shift and finds she has minimal swelling now at shift end. Perfect fit
